In an ever-evolving digital landscape, I specialize in driving demand through SEO, social media, email marketing, and community-building strategies. At LowerMyBills.com, I contributed to a data-driven culture focused on A/B testing across banner ads, email campaigns, and website pages. This testing included button placements, messaging, colors, creative elements, and font sizes, enabling us to continuously refine and optimize revenue generation through lead acquisition, retention, and conversions.
At Answer Financial, I concentrated on email marketing as the primary conversion tool, analyzing and testing lifecycle touchpoints to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. At Spireon, I partnered with an SEO/PPC expert to enhance website performance and generate more qualified leads through targeted pay-per-click campaigns.
While serving as Director of Consumer Experience at Autobytel, I was responsible for usability testing, brand consistency, information architecture, and creating seamless consumer experiences. We were innovators in the industry, launching one of the first social platforms where consumers and auto dealers could come together to share their passion for vehicles, swap stories, and exchange resources.

My journey as a Creative Director began at Jenny Craig, Inc., where I managed a talented team of designers and provided creative direction on a wide range of projects. These included print ads, customer menus and toolkits, photography, packaging, POS materials, storefront signage and interior design, video production, commercials, and events. I also built strong connections with the operations team and provided valuable feedback to the R&D department.
One of my standout projects was leading the interior design and product selection for a pilot Balanced Living retail outlet, which showcased Jenny Craig’s evolving vision. This role not only helped refine my creative expertise but also ignited my passion for shaping impactful brand experiences—a passion that has driven my career ever since.
