My experience spans SEO, PPC, email, social, web, direct mail, and performance-based campaigns across D2C, B2B, and B2B2C models. I rely heavily on testing and iteration — A/B testing, segmentation, and continuous optimization — to improve efficiency and conversion.

I also launched a Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiative to better understand customer experience and use those insights to inform messaging and brand storytelling that resonates.

Over the years, I’ve built strong partnerships with industry experts, national and state associations, analysts, and strategic partners. I’ve collaborated on educational content that became featured breakout sessions at national conferences, and several state associations invited me to develop CE-approved curricula to train and upskill their members.

I’ve supported associations in growing membership, strengthening campaigns, and elevating content quality. I’ve also worked closely with white-label partners to produce promotional collateral, POS materials, mobile apps, and event assets tailored to their brands.

On the media side, I’ve managed press conferences, secured high-profile industry coverage, and led B2B PR efforts that strengthened credibility and visibility. My experience includes working with publications like Automotive News and collaborating with analysts at Gartner, Berg Insight, and Frost & Sullivan.

My contributions have supported industry associations in driving membership, designing impactful campaigns, and enhancing content development. I’ve also collaborated with white-label partners to produce promotional collateral, POS materials, mobile apps, and event graphics tailored to their brand.

Over my career, I’ve helped launch brands from zero to nearly $100M in ARR and scale others from $30M to $150M by staying relentlessly focused on performance and alignment. My work spans demand generation, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and sales enablement — supported by testing, attribution, and continuous optimization.

  • Built a referral-based lifecycle email program with a 73% open rate that drove $6M+ in lifetime revenue

Much of that growth happens on the website itself — which is why I stay deeply involved in web strategy, UX, and execution.

Web Development & Optimization

Websites shouldn’t just support growth — they should actively drive it.

I’ve directed and worked hands-on in the build, launch, and optimization of websites across WordPress, Drupal, Movable Type, and PHP-based frameworks, translating growth strategy, brand, and product goals into high-performing digital experiences.

I lead and contribute to:
  • Brand-driven site builds and redesigns
  • UX and information architecture designed for conversion and activation
  • SEO-first content structure and ongoing optimization
  • High-conversion landing pages with continuous A/B testing

I stay close to how users move through a site — from first visit to activation — refining structure, content, calls-to-action, performance, and accessibility based on real data.

On the technical side, I manage integrations and workflows across a wide range of third-party tools and plugins, including Zapier, Pardot, Elementor, Google Site Kit, and performance and SEO optimization tools. My goal is always clean data, reliable attribution, and systems that scale without friction.

I’m also currently building a product-led growth (PLG) website, where the site itself plays a central role in onboarding, activation, and conversion. That work reinforces my belief that the best websites function as part of the product experience — reducing friction, guiding users, and delivering value before a sales conversation ever happens.

Whether I’m partnering with developers, directing agencies, or rolling up my sleeves to build and troubleshoot myself, my focus stays the same: make the website easier to use, easier to find, and more effective at driving growth.

I’ve built and led in-house marketing teams of 20+ across brand, growth, content, creative, and operations. I care deeply about mentoring talent, developing future leaders, and creating environments where people can do meaningful work and see the impact of it.

Creative Direction

Creativity has been a constant thread throughout my career.

I’ve led creative teams across print, digital, video, and environmental design, developing work that aligns business goals with audience insight and strong execution.

My creative leadership began at Jenny Craig, Inc., where I managed a talented design team and oversaw creative direction for print advertising, customer toolkits, packaging, POS materials, storefront signage, interior design, video production, commercials, and events. I worked closely with operations and provided feedback to R&D — ensuring creative decisions supported the broader business.

One of my most rewarding projects was leading the interior design and product selection for a pilot Balanced Living retail outlet, which reflected an evolving brand vision and customer experience. That project helped solidify my passion for shaping brand experiences that feel intentional, cohesive, and human.
