As Director of Global Services, I led HID Global’s digital transformation—building a fully optimized global website translated into nine languages to better serve international markets. I launched the company’s first social media channels, introduced developer tools including a partner SDK, and created dedicated portals for sustainability and crisis management. These initiatives modernized the brand’s digital footprint, improved user experience, and supported global lead generation efforts, all while maintaining consistency and accessibility across regions.
