I’ve directed and worked hands-on in the build, launch, and optimization of websites across WordPress, Drupal, Movable Type, and PHP-based frameworks, translating growth strategy, brand, and product goals into high-performing digital experiences.
I stay close to how users move through a site — from first visit to activation — refining structure, content, calls-to-action, performance, and accessibility based on real data.
On the technical side, I manage integrations and workflows across a wide range of third-party tools and plugins, including Zapier, Pardot, Elementor, Google Site Kit, and performance and SEO optimization tools. My goal is always clean data, reliable attribution, and systems that scale without friction.
I’m also currently building a product-led growth (PLG) website, where the site itself plays a central role in onboarding, activation, and conversion. That work reinforces my belief that the best websites function as part of the product experience — reducing friction, guiding users, and delivering value before a sales conversation ever happens.

My creative leadership began at Jenny Craig, Inc., where I managed a talented design team and oversaw creative direction for print advertising, customer toolkits, packaging, POS materials, storefront signage, interior design, video production, commercials, and events. I worked closely with operations and provided feedback to R&D — ensuring creative decisions supported the broader business.
One of my most rewarding projects was leading the interior design and product selection for a pilot Balanced Living retail outlet, which reflected an evolving brand vision and customer experience. That project helped solidify my passion for shaping brand experiences that feel intentional, cohesive, and human.
